Iran intrudes on Iraqi territory, Iraq says

Hat-tip to Majikthise: according to the Iraqi defense ministry, Iranian forces entered Iraqi territory for the second time in ten days, and attacked the PKK:

[Link] Iranian troops bombed border areas near the town of Hajj Umran before crossing into Iraq, the defence ministry in Baghdad said on Sunday.

It said the Iranians targeted the PKK, a Kurdish group that has waged a 15-year insurgency against Turkey.

The PKK is believed to have links with anti-Iranian Kurdish fighters. There are no details on casualties.

The Iraqi defence ministry also says Iran launched a similar attack on Kurdish rebel positions in the same area on 21 April.

There are no reported comments from Tehran on either of the alleged incidents.

Saw it on CSPAN

I saw Scott Ritter today on a panel on CSPAN and he says we're already at war with Iran. He pointed out that there's a lot of warfare that happens before you start dropping bombs and invading, and we're doing those things now. The
American People just don't realize, and are not being allowed to have the information, about this war. This is no longer a Government Of the People. Just Sayin..

Did he say exactly what sort of things the US is doing to Iran, apart from beat its chest and scream?
