Name suggestions
So, I'm all settled in here. The only problem is, I have no idea how to name my blog (I also need to decide whether to go for cheap Typepad, or more functional Soapblox). Sometimes I contemplate Bloviant Art, but then I sober up and think of something saner, like The Free Space, or something generally descriptive like Liberal Grad or International Liberal. If I had any Jewish identity I'd go for The International Jew, but I don't. Right now I'm thinking of something with a mathematical pun - if it were a group blog, then some pun on the algebraic structure would be ideal - or, failing that, something to do with dolphins, who are simply an adorable animal.
In case my utterly confused previous paragraph doesn't make that clear, any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Certain people I talk to on the blogosphere talk about safe spaces, where people can comment without fear of trolls, stalkers, and other assholes. Which, I suppose, makes sense given that they discuss very intimate personal experiences like racism or rape. Given that I don't, I can opt for a free space, where even sanctimonious trolls who think age is an excuse for irrationality can post provided that they don't advertise viagra ad nauseam.

It is hands-down the easiest blogging software out there, and because it is free from Wordpress themselves, your software will always be on the cutting-edge because they maintain it for you.
Wordpress is also doing a lot of really cool things with AJAX (a technology that allows previously-unheard-of data access without refreshing the page.) Plus, a Wordpress.com blog comes with about a zillion different themes so you can customize the crap out of it if you want.
You don't need hosting, you don't need a server. Your URL would be "http://alonsblog.wordpress.com" (or whatever name you choose).
