Okay, this Harris chick is a monster. I wonder if she is aware of Thomas Paine or this incredibly obscure American politician called Thomas Jefferson. Paine, one of the luminaries of the American Revolution, spent the last years of his life kicking the Bible around like it was the fresh from the basket head of Louis XVI. Meanwhile Jefferson and a great many of the framers of the American government were, like Paine, Deists... a far cry from Born Again wouldn't you say.
How do people get involved in politics without knowledge of those who came before them? It would be like trying to write a novel without bothering to learn to read. "Sometimes "I" sounds like "Y", which was always intended to be a vowel and not consonant, so if you use an "I" in spelling a word you are just wasting letters." Does her logic sound something like that or did I smoke something and forget the second I inhaled?

Is it just my cynicism, or is La Harris setting up a fallback position for her concession speech?
